LOCAL MILK
LOCAL LOVE
In the heart of New Mexico, our local dairy farmers and their trusty cows are the true unsung heroes of our community. These folks rise with the sun, pouring their passion and hard work into caring for their herds, because they know a happy cow means top-notch milk. Choosing to fill our cups with milk from Peralta’s own backyards not only kicks up the flavor of our morning joe and other favorites but also tips our hats to the hardworking ranchers who make it possible. It's our way of saying "thanks, partner" to those who are up at dawn, ensuring we have fresh, delicious milk on our tables. Plus, when we stick to local dairy, we’re not just keeping it fresh, we’re also riding the trail towards sustainability, cutting down on those long hauls across the country. So, tipping our glasses with local milk is more than just a choice—it’s a nod to community spirit, eco-friendly living, and that rich, western heritage that makes New Mexico a place to hang our hats.
